After retiring as a High school principle, his passion for his native place made him an owner of an alphanso farm. Spread over a hill, on both sides & front hill in addition, river at the downhill, was a mesmerizing establishment. He constructed a spacious farm house & developed this project, right from uprooting the wild plants & trees to initiation of alphanso plantation.Soon he became famous a farm- owner. He stayed with this awesome nature for 15 years. His dream came true & alphanso mangoes were plucked, packed & sold by him & his wife. His life was supported by his strong, intelligent, dedicated & disciplined wife Usha. She served in Bombay telephones for 40 years and took care of family with utmost dedication.

Time came to accept the physical shortcoming of travelling from Dombivli to Rajapur farm. He took a firm decision to sell the farm & be free to pursue the next mission, GOD had planned for him.He wrote scholarly book 'Devavani - Part 1", which talks about Panini's grammer as applied to Geeta. It is a miracle of brain function of memory, that he could recapitulate the Panini’s grammar after 50 years. This book reached the hands of Mr. Satish Karandikar from New Jercy, US, who appreciated his scholarly work & noticed his mastery over Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta. He suggested him to visit Sringeri for Geeta Recitation. He did that & received blessings and motivation from Shree Shankaracharya for Geeta recitation activity.

Under the banner of G. S. Nyas he started recitation of Bhagvad Geeta at Dombivli. He became successful in teaching & training Geeta recitation. He took two batches of students to Sringeri, who passed the examination & showed willingness to help him in his activity. Work expanded, these Geeta recitation students & teachers called Geetavratis, made his work expand. Sharadapeetham, Sringeri has offered a newly constructed 1200 sq. feet flat for office work & Geeta recitation at Dombivali. This last wish of Mr. Waman G. Naware was also fulfilled by GOD.Busy in his commitments, he probably understood that time was running out of his hands. He fulfilled his personal, family and social responsibilities.

Working till the last breath of his life, he quietly left everybody on 23rd April 2011.
